MyInfoMate is a digital visitor engagement platform for places that welcome the public: museums, heritage sites, tourism offices, nature parks, hotels and events. From a single back-office, you create your content and visitor tours, then publish them on the web via QR code, in a mobile app under your brand, on touch kiosks, on your venue's screens, and all the way to smart glasses and immersive experiences.
Do we need technical skills to use it?

No. Everything is managed from a visual back-office, without writing a line of code: you write your texts, upload your images, audio and video, and publish. Updates are live immediately, with no intervention from us and no unplanned budget.
How much does MyInfoMate cost?

Prices are public: €39/month for the Essentiel plan (web interface opened by QR code, no commitment), €99/month for the Pro plan (your mobile app on the App Store and Google Play, the touch kiosk, offline mode and notifications) and €179/month for the Premium plan (artificial intelligence, smart glasses, a Digital Signage screen and AI Studio credits). All prices exclude VAT. The AI Studio, Digital Signage and Immersive content modules can be added to any plan; multi-site organisations get an Enterprise quote.
On which devices do visitors access the content?

On the channels you choose, all fed by the same content: a web app opened from a QR code, with no install (from the Essentiel plan); the visitor's smartphone through your mobile app, and a touch kiosk in your venue (from the Pro plan); then, to go further, your lobby screens, smart glasses or a virtual reality headset. For plans with an app (Pro and Premium), a setup fee is charged once — it is not recurring: building your app, publishing it on the App Store and Google Play and, if needed, training your team and project follow-up. It is quoted before you sign anything.
Does it work in a venue with no network?

Yes, with the offline mode included from the Pro plan: visitors download the content at the entrance, then the visit runs without 4G or Wi-Fi. That is how Fort de Saint-Héribert works — its underground galleries have no coverage.
Does the app carry our brand or yours?

Yours. MyInfoMate is a white-label solution: your logo, your colours, your typography, and your name on the stores. Visitors see your venue, not our brand.
How long does it take to get started?

A few days for the first sections — a map and an audio guide, for instance — then you enrich it step by step. The Essential plan comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. For a mobile app published on the stores, add the stores' review time.
Where is our visitors' data hosted?

In the European Union. Visit statistics are anonymous and cannot identify a visitor. If you enable the AI assistant, the questions asked are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. Your venue is the data controller and MyInfoMate acts as processor: the details are in our terms and conditions.
