Yes. Pro and Premium plans include AI-powered automatic translation. Your content is available in French, English, Dutch, German and many more languages with no manual translation effort.
From €39/month excl. VAT with no commitment for the Essential plan. The Pro plan at €99/month includes offline mode, push notifications and the native white-label app. The Premium plan at €179/month adds the AI assistant and automatic translation. For plans with an app (Pro and Premium), a setup fee is charged once — it is not recurring: building your app, publishing it on the App Store and Google Play and, if needed, training your team and project follow-up. It is quoted before you sign anything.
Yes. MyInfoMate has a native Agenda & Events module. You publish your nature outings, educational workshops and seasonal events from the back-office, and visitors can browse them and receive reminders.
Yes. MyInfoMate has been running in Belgian public venues since 2021 and was selected by the Namur tourism office following a published call for tenders. For modest amounts, a municipality, an inter-municipal body or a nature park can usually order on a simple quotation, under the low-value contract regime — check the applicable threshold with your procurement department. We provide a detailed quotation and a technical description for your file.
Data is hosted in the European Union. Trail statistics are anonymous — sections viewed, duration, language, device type — with nothing that could identify a walker. If you enable the AI assistant, the questions asked are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically, with no name and no IP address attached. The site operator remains the data controller and MyInfoMate acts as processor. The details are in section 8 of our terms and conditions.
