Three public plans, monthly prices excluding VAT. Essentiel at €39/month takes your venue digital: a visitor web interface opened by QR code, the full back-office and every content type. Pro at €99/month adds your app on the App Store and Google Play, the touch kiosk, offline visits and push notifications. Premium at €179/month adds artificial intelligence — translation, audio guide and visitor assistant —, smart glasses, a Digital Signage screen and AI Studio credits. Multi-site institutions get an Enterprise quote. For plans with an app (Pro and Premium), a setup fee is charged once — it is not recurring: building your app, publishing it on the App Store and Google Play and, if needed, training your team and project follow-up. It is quoted before you sign anything.

Because a kiosk is not a tablet showing a website. In a public venue it has to start on its own, stay full screen, keep its content locally so it works when the network weakens, recover after a power cut, and come alive with an attract screen when nobody is using it. It is a dedicated app, managed from your back-office — and that is what the Pro plan includes, attract screen included.

Every plan includes plenty of storage for a typical visitor tour: text, images, audio. The exact limits per plan are set out in article 6 of our terms and conditions. Heavy content — long videos, 3D models, 360° images and videos — falls under the Immersive content module or an Enterprise quote.

The Essentiel plan has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time. The Pro and Premium plans, which include publishing an app under your name on the stores, come with a 12-month commitment and a one-off setup fee. Charged once — it is not recurring —, that fee covers building your app, branding it and publishing it on the App Store and Google Play, plus, if needed, training your team and project follow-up. It is quoted before you sign anything.

Yes: the Essentiel plan comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You create your space, build your first tour and share it with a QR code. For Pro and Premium, we run a demo on your own content.

A push notification appears on the phones of visitors who installed your app, even when it is closed: "the guided tour starts in 15 minutes". An announcement is a message published from your back-office, translated and scheduled, shown as a banner wherever your visitors are looking: web, app, kiosk, lobby screens — "room 3 is closed today". An announcement can also trigger a push notification. Announcements are included in every plan, push notifications from Pro.

AI Studio is for creating: images, characters, voices, 3D objects, all consistent with your project identity. The Immersive content module is for publishing and running 3D, 360° or VR headset experiences. They are independent: you can create with Studio without publishing an immersive experience, or publish your own 3D models without using Studio.

AI Studio runs on prepaid credits, with no subscription: 200 credits for €12, 600 for €30, 2000 for €80 excl. VAT. Each generation uses credits depending on what it is — an illustration costs a few, a 3D object more — and the cost is shown before you start. Credits remain valid for 12 months, and every top-up extends the whole balance. They are separate from the AI assistant quota: creating images never takes the guide away from your visitors. The Premium plan includes credits to discover the Studio.

The Premium plan. It includes automatic translation of your content, the generated audio guide with narrators and voices, and the AI visitor assistant — which only answers from your validated content, with a quota of around 2,000 visitor questions per month. Beyond that, the Enterprise plan allows a custom quota.

Yes, all prices are shown excluding VAT, add-ons included: Digital Signage at €15 per screen per month, Immersive content from €70 per month. Belgian VAT at 21% applies; an organisation based in another EU country with a valid VAT number is invoiced without VAT (intra-community reverse charge).

Yes. Every plan can be billed annually — €468 for Essentiel, €1188 for Pro, €2148 for Premium, excluding VAT and setup fee. We also offer 2- or 3-year commitments with price stability and preferential terms, convenient when the project is funded by a grant or a multi-year budget.
