Your MyInfoMate content becomes your screens
The lobby screen, the TV at reception, the monitor at the entrance to a room: Digital Signage feeds them straight from your back-office. You do not create one more piece of content — you show the content you already have.
Why this is not just another signage tool
Nothing to re-enter
Your calendar, announcements and media already live in MyInfoMate. The screen picks them up, and a change made in the back-office shows up on its own.
Scheduled to the hour
One playlist for opening time, another for the evening event, and an urgent announcement that jumps ahead of everything for as long as needed.
Screens you can see
Every screen is attached to your space and visible from the back-office: you know what is showing, and where.
From content to screen
Each type of content you already manage finds its place on screen, with no layout to redo.
The calendar becomes a slide
Upcoming events, guided tours and workshops scroll by, always up to date, without anyone redoing a poster.
An announcement becomes a banner
"Room 3 is closed today" appears at the same time on the screens, the kiosk, the web and the app — translated.
Media become a playlist
Exhibition photos, videos and visuals loop in the order and at the pace you choose.
Practical info becomes the welcome
Opening hours, map, weather, today's tours: the entrance screen answers questions before they reach the desk.
What about the touch kiosk?
The kiosk attract screen uses the same playlists, but it is included in the Pro and Premium plans: it costs nothing extra. The Digital Signage module is for display screens, the ones people look at without touching.

What hardware do I need?
expand_more
A standard screen with an HDMI input, connected to a player: the preconfigured one we supply, or a compatible device you already own. We check your hardware with you before ordering.
What happens if the network drops?
expand_more
The screen keeps playing the last schedule it received and picks up updates as soon as the network is back. An outage does not leave a black screen in your lobby.
Are announcements translated?
expand_more
Yes: an announcement is content like any other, translated into your venue’s languages. On a screen shared by all audiences, you choose which languages to rotate.
How many screens can I connect?
expand_more
As many as you need, at €15 per screen per month. The Premium plan includes one. For a large fleet or several sites, the Enterprise plan allows custom pricing.
