Buying MyInfoMate as a public body
Municipality, province, municipal museum, tourism office: the question is not only "does the solution fit?" but "can we buy it properly?". Here is what you need to prepare your file.
What we bring to your file
A reference awarded through a published tender
The Namur tourism office selected MyInfoMate following a published call for tenders. That is not a sales line: it is a procedure your colleagues know, carried through to the end.
Public prices, so a defensible budget
€39, €99 and €179 per month excluding VAT, published on the site — that is €468, €1,188 and €2,148 a year, billable annually. You can size your project before meeting us, and justify the estimate in your note to the council or to your management.
Technical documents written to be annexed
Detailed quotation, description of features, deployment modes, hosting and data processing: we give you what documents your file, without you having to translate a sales pitch.
Visit Namur, the most telling precedent
A public tourism office, a published call for tenders, touch kiosks in service since 2024: city map, events agenda kept by the team, itineraries. That is the reference to quote if your procurement department asks who has done this before.

Do we have to run a formal procedure?
expand_more
Not necessarily. In Belgium, low-value contracts can be ordered on a simple invoice or purchase order, with no formal competition; above that, consulting several operators is often enough. The applicable threshold depends on the law in force when you buy: check it with your procurement department — we do not stand in for it.
What documents can you provide for our file?
expand_more
Tell us what your file requires and we gather the pieces: detailed quotation, technical description, information on hosting and data processing, company and VAT details. If your contract requires a data processing agreement (DPA), we draw it up with you before signature.
Where is the data hosted, and who is the controller?
expand_more
Data is hosted in the European Union. Your institution is the data controller under the GDPR and MyInfoMate acts as processor. Visit statistics are anonymous; if the AI assistant is enabled, visitor questions are kept for 90 days and then deleted. The details are in section 8 of our terms and conditions.
Do you meet accessibility criteria?
expand_more
Let us be precise, because this criterion can rule an offer out: audio and multilingual content genuinely help, and the app respects the device accessibility settings. But we are not Access-i certified and no formal accessibility audit has been carried out to date. If your specification requires it, tell us before publishing it.
Can the budget be spread over several years?
expand_more
Yes. We offer 2- or 3-year commitments with annual billing and a preferential rate, which suits a grant or a multi-year budget better than a monthly subscription.
