A guide that answers your visitors 24/7, in their own language
The MyInfoMate AI assistant is built into your visitor app. It answers your visitors' questions drawing only on your venue's own content — and declines everything else.
How it works
No script to write, no list of questions to anticipate: the assistant feeds on the content you already manage.
- upload_file
Step 1
You write your content, as usual
Points of interest, exhibitions, opening hours, services: you enter them in the MyInfoMate back-office. Nothing else to do — no AI settings, no list of questions to prepare.
- manage_search
Step 2
The assistant learns your venue
It relies on that content to answer. When you edit an entry or add a room, its answers follow: it is the same source of truth as the rest of your app.
- forum
Step 3
The visitor simply asks
"Where is the impressionist room?", "Is this suitable for a six-year-old?", "What should I see if I only have an hour?" The assistant keeps the thread of the conversation throughout the visit.
What it changes in a cultural venue
Every visitor in their own language
French, English, Dutch, German and more. You don't have to translate your whole venue to answer a foreign visitor standing in front of an artwork.
Available when nobody else is
A Tuesday at 4 pm in a room with no guide, a Sunday, a self-guided visit: the question gets an answer the moment it comes up.
Fewer repetitive questions at the desk
Opening hours, toilets, how long the trail takes, the family rate: your team keeps its time for the conversations that deserve it.
Your content finally read
Visitors rarely ask a wall panel a question. The assistant turns the content you already wrote into a conversation — and makes it useful.
What it does not do
A useful assistant in a museum is first of all an assistant that stays silent when it does not know.
- check_circle
It only talks about your venue. An off-topic question is declined, not improvised.
- check_circle
It draws on your content, not the web: what is not in your back-office is not invented.
- check_circle
It replaces neither a guide nor a guided tour — it takes over when nobody is around.
- check_circle
It needs a connection. Content downloaded for offline mode, however, stays available without a network.
What it costs
The AI assistant is included in the Premium plan, at €179/month excl. VAT, with around 2,000 visitor questions per month. It sits alongside automatic translation of your content, the generated audio guide with narrators and voices, and smart glasses: all of MyInfoMate’s artificial intelligence is reserved for the Premium plan.
For a network of several sites or a higher volume, the Enterprise plan allows a custom quota.

What is an AI assistant for a museum?
expand_more
It is a conversational guide built into the venue's visitor app. The visitor asks a question in natural language — about an artwork, a trail, opening hours, a service — and the assistant answers based on the content the venue published in its back-office. It is available 24/7 and answers in the visitor's language.
Can the assistant make up answers?
expand_more
It is deliberately limited to your own content: points of interest, exhibitions, services, agenda. A question outside that scope is declined rather than improvised. That is what sets it apart from a general-purpose assistant, where a visitor may get a plausible but wrong answer about your collections.
Which languages does it answer in?
expand_more
It answers in the visitor's language: French, English, Dutch, German and more. Your content can also be translated automatically, a feature included in the same plan as the assistant.
Do questions and answers have to be prepared upfront?
expand_more
No. There is no decision tree to build, unlike a classic chatbot. You write your visit content normally in the back-office and the assistant relies on it. When you edit content, its answers follow.
How much does the AI assistant cost?
expand_more
It is included in the Premium plan, at €179/month excluding VAT, with around 2,000 visitor questions per month. For a higher volume or a network of several sites, the Enterprise plan allows a custom quota.
Does it work without an internet connection?
expand_more
No: the assistant needs a connection to answer. MyInfoMate's offline mode, however, lets visitors download the visit content at the entrance and browse it without a network afterwards — as at Fort de Saint-Héribert, whose underground galleries have no coverage.
