Privacy policy
This policy covers the myinfomate.be website. The processing of visitor data inside the apps deployed at our customers is described in section 8 of our terms and conditions.

Data collected
The contact form collects the following data: first name, last name, email address and the message you write. The sign-up form additionally collects what is needed to create your space and to invoice you: organisation name, contact details, billing address and VAT number where applicable.
Purpose and legal basis
Contact form data is processed solely to answer your enquiry; the legal basis is legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Sign-up data is processed to perform the contract you enter into (art. 6.1.b).
Data retention
Messages sent through the contact form are not stored on our servers: they are forwarded by email through Formspree and not kept beyond receipt. Subscription data is kept for the duration of the contract, then according to statutory accounting retention periods.
Processors
The form uses Formspree, Inc. (United States); the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses — see Formspree's privacy policy. For a subscription we also use Stripe (payments) and Resend (transactional emails).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, write to contact@unov.be.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
