From €39/month excl. VAT with no commitment for Essential. The Pro plan at €99/month includes the native white-label app on stores, offline mode and push notifications. The Premium plan at €179/month adds the AI concierge and automatic translation. That's 50 to 100x cheaper than a custom app. For plans with an app (Pro and Premium), a setup fee is charged once — it is not recurring: building your app, publishing it on the App Store and Google Play and, if needed, training your team and project follow-up. It is quoted before you sign anything.
Yes. The back-office supports manual multilingual content management, and Pro and Premium plans include AI-powered automatic translation. The virtual concierge responds in the guest's language — French, English, Dutch, German and many more — with no extra setup.
Data is hosted in the European Union. MyInfoMate asks the hotel guest for no account at all: usage statistics are anonymous — sections viewed, duration, language, device type. If you enable the AI concierge, the questions asked are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically, with no name and no IP address attached. The property remains the data controller and MyInfoMate acts as processor. The details are in section 8 of our terms and conditions and in our privacy policy.
