Discover the venue without taking out your phone
With smart glasses, visitors keep their eyes on what they are visiting and their hands free. Content is triggered in the right place and told in their ear: audio guide, information about a work, the next tour stop, an answer to a question asked out loud.
Content starts on its own
Location
Outdoors, visitors approach a tour point and the content starts, with nothing to look for and nothing to touch.
BLE beacon
Indoors, where GPS does not reach, a beacon signals the room or display case they are standing in front of.
NFC tag
Visitors bring their device close to a label or object fitted with a tag, and the related content opens at once.
What your visitors experience
A hands-free audio guide
The narration of your tours, in the visitor’s language, with no device to hold and no screen to look at.
Information at the right time
What to know about the work, object or place in front of them — not before, not after.
A tour that guides them
The next stop, the way to go, the next point of interest: the visit unfolds without checking a map.
A question, an answer
Visitors ask the assistant out loud; it answers from your validated content, not from the web.
A visitor channel, not hardware
MyInfoMate does not sell glasses: this is one more channel, fed by the content you already have. The platform is designed to support different smart glasses models as they become available, without tying you to a brand.
Pricing

Which glasses are compatible?
expand_more
The smart glasses market moves fast, and the platform is designed to follow several models rather than one. Tell us about your project: we will tell you what works today with your content and your venue.
Do I need to create specific content?
expand_more
No. The glasses use the content of your visit — narration, text, tours, points of interest. A tour already designed for audio fits naturally.
Do visitors need to bring their own glasses?
expand_more
Both work: visitors who own a pair, or glasses lent by your venue at the entrance, the way audio guides used to be. The choice depends on your audience and visitor numbers.
What equipment does the venue need?
expand_more
It depends on the triggers you choose: nothing for outdoor location, BLE beacons for indoor rooms, NFC tags on labels or objects. We help you size the installation.
